Computer chip production has been slow to say the least over the past few years, causing an increase in demand over supply in the market and costing precious time for many companies in the tech industry.

Apple, makers of Mac computers and the iPhone have moved to solve this issue by shifting production to create M2 chips in-house rather than rely on other, foreign companies. They are also moving to create their own screens, which means even more production jobs for Americans and less coming from east asian companies.
