15-Year-Old Isabeau Levito Wins US Figure Skating Title

Isabeau Levito, the 15-year-old figure skating prodigy from New Jersey earned her keep in the pro tour on Friday, winning her first US figure skating title.

Levito, who is currently the world junior champion, scored a total of 223.33 points in San Jose to finish ahead of two-time champion Bradie Tennell, who came in second with 213.12 points.

Speaking with NBC, Levito said, “I was just so proud of myself for staying so calm and staying so focused, doing exactly what I aimed to do. I’m ready to start bouncing off the walls.”
