More Kyrie Irving Drama After Superstar Requests Trade

According to ESPN, Brooklyn Nets point guard Kyrie Irving has requested to be traded to another team prior to the February 9th NBA trade deadline. Adrian Wojnarowski broke the story on Twitter, and alludes to the Nets’ inability to negotiate a new deal for the superstar as a reason for the split.

Kyrie has a reputation as a difficult superstar, so it will be interesting to see which teams are willing to pull the trigger on a trade that makes all parties happy.
