XBOX CEO Phil Spencer Promises “Steady Release” of games in 2023

In an exclusive interview given to IGN, XBOX CEO discusses the Activision – Blizzard acquisition, the recent XBOX Developer_Direct, and promises that XBOX fans will see a “steady release” of games this year following a disappointing 2022.

Microsoft was snubbed at last year’s Game Awards, and there’s a lot riding on the company’s ability to come out strong now that their COVID work from home protocols have supposedly been lifted.

This week’s Developer_Direct was a crucial first step in providing transparency to the XBOX consumer base, and fans were treated to details on their flagship titles as well as the shadow drop of “Hi Fi Rush,” a game developed by Tango Gameworks.
