Elon Musk Announces More Changes to Twitter’s Algroithm

Elon Musk took to Twitter to announce some more changes to the algorithm when using the social media app, once again honing in on the paid subscriber Vs unpaid user experience.

Starting April 15th, only verified accounts will be eligible to be in For You recommendations.

The is the only realistic way to address advanced AI bot swarms taking over. It is otherwise a hopeless losing battle.

His announcement came shortly after reports that Twitter would be doing away with legacy verifications entirely.

In a followup tweet, Musk clarified that users one follows will also appear, regardless of verification.
